Ah ha! I understand - many thanks. By the way, was talking to a buddy of mine who works for a smaller, but rapidly growing competitor - didn't have many complimentary things to say about this merger - and frankly, given MCK's size, didn't seem to be intimidated by them. And after listening to his logic, and having studied the HIT and data usage markets in healthcare in the past, I'll have to agree with him. Frankly, it's almost like SmithKline's purchase of the drug distribution company (was it PCS), and some other pharma manufacturers doing the same. The market initially rewarded them with huge appreciation. Only later did they admit there was no synergy between what they did, and what they planned to do with these acqusitions, and finally dumped those companies. I suspect this merger may face the same fate.
