Are you using the browser version or the regular c/s version? If both, how does the functionality compare? It sounds like it might be too early but could you let us know when you do know. thanks. BTW, SFA apps are notorious for nobody actually using them. That really isn't the issue as far as growth is concerned as some companies will enforce using SFA and some won't. But CEO's/CFO's love to tell their investors all the proactive things they are doing to improve efficiency and manage the top and bottom-line growth. Since SFA is in theory one way to do this, SFA software vendors have a good revenue opportunity. Not everyone uses many of their available apps but they are still purchased. SLGX is going after the companies that want to pay under $1,000 per user (total cost of ownership, including training and implementation), not the Siebel $10-$15k cost user.
