Unlike you Francoise, I look out for the little guy, and seek the truth. The truth is this deal probably won't show in the first quarter since it wasn't announced until April 8th. OIA's earnings for the first quarter will not go on ZSUN's books.
This deal happened 1 of 3 ways.
1. OIA is legit and it's claimed numbers can be substantiated(haha) If this is the case then ZSUN would have to pay likely in the 7 figures to acquire it. This is obviously impossible since ZSUN does not have that kind of money or assets to secure a loan for that amount.
2. OIA is legit and run by the stupidest people ever. Instead of selling out for big numbers they take whatever pittance ZSUN could scrape together. Not possible. Francoise, you yourself have touted the great management at OIA, no way these market savvy people would sell this thing at any price that ZSUN could afford.
3. OIA's numbers are crap.(likely) If this is the case, seeing as how OIA is another one of those fine upstanding Utah based companies, we can probably safely assume that Mr. Kragun was involved in introducing the two parties and releaseing the synergies the two companies create. OIA's numbers have been substantiated nowhere but a ZSUN press release, yet from this you do "in-depth analysis." Who were the owners of OIA that got bought out? The press release mentioned Elder and Jardine as founders but says nothing about whether they still owned it or not. How much was paid by ZSUN, and who did it go to.
This whole OIA deal stinks Francoise, and you know it. The fact is the source of the stink hasn't been found yet, but the more papers get filed the closer we'll get to it.

PS,
As far as
you must have a lot of time on your idle hands to write such lengthy tirades, when you know full well our view points are irreconcilable.
I care little about opening your eyes on this. I'm sure they're wide open, you know exactly what your doing. I care far more about making it clear to others that might be simple minded enough to follow you that all along, you knew how much this whole thing stank, yet instead of investigating it you instead went to any length to fabricate explanations that cover the stink.
