That's funny because the O'Shaun.. mantra is usually low price/sales which doesn't sound like Q anymore. Maybe he's got it in the GSM is Burnt Toast Fund... Ha! I think O'Shaun.. is looking at the implied forward P/S ratio. He is a devotee of several ratios including the rate at which earnings estimates are revised upwards . . . perhaps he folds this into an implied P/S ratio. This combined with his penchant for price momentum would lead to a company (QCOM in this case) fitting the attributes he looks for.
