Exactly Floyd. The only reason Francoise says anything bad about DCHT is because they cheated him out of his ill gotten gains, lol. Or maybe they didn't follow through on his touting contract.

Agreed! Talked to the Vice President of Veritas...
tonight. He confirmed that the financials are completed ( for sure this time) and will be handed over to Standard and Poor for publication early next week, probably Tuesday. The financial results should be identical to those already released by Mr Tobin, only far more detailed and in the appropriate format.
How about a name at S&P that could be contacted. 3 weeks plus, if that posts is true, and still no filing.

This time, I got a definite, resounding: " Yes, they are finally ready!". There was some unforseen delays with the Auditors, because the financials will form the basis for the application to NASDAQ and the lawyers, for the same reasons and perhaps also the pending Law suits. Believe me when I say that they are super keen to get them out to the public.
On Monday, the documents will be in the hand of the S&P and will be published by Tuesday or Wednesday, at the very latest. That is all I know! I may get an e-mail from ZSUN management during the weekend as further confirmation, in which case I will post here.
I guess this could be true. Maybe they did give them to S&P, and just like you said they were posted, ON ZSUN'S SITE. Like I said, S&P probably glanced at them, laughed and sent them back to be done for real.

The only real bitch you could have, other than the arguments about semantic, is the fact that the accounts have not yet been tabled. I do not doubt ZSUN's management, but if this does not happen within 2 weeks, I too will be starting to ask some pointed questions.

When do you now plan on making with the pointed questions Francoise? That was May 1. Your already two weeks late. Face it you have no credibility here, and this company is going to make you look dumber and dumber as you have to cover bigger and bigger holes in their story. I sure hope when they bought you off that you got one of those deals where the more crap you post the more you get compensated. I almost pity you. I'm sure when you took the job to tout this one it looked easy. Compare it to CMGI, Asia hype, internet play, yadda, yadda, yadda. You probably had no idea the management and PR people were going to be so completely inept. Better luck next time picking an assignment.
