AGRS is in strong hands and the float seems to be much smaller than reported. When and if the PR comes out and the deal with AOL is "in the publics" knowledge, AGRS should maintain the min bid for 30 days required to go NASDAQ. As I stated, its just a contingency, imo. If you are scared you should sell as we have a 3day weekend ahead and you should enjoy and not worry. as the song says: Be Happy, Don't Worry.
