I have had PM discussions about those very topics with Dauntless - and if you take my remarks seriously or not is of no concern to me. I simply want to make some money in the market and retire by oh...30 would be good, but, i don't think that will happen.

Anyway, on to ZONA. I have freed up some cash and am hoping that it will rise to fill the gap so I can short. I appreciate Dauntless' and Claud's involvement on this thread and believe they have both profited on the long side because they have been in so long. Dauntless has also taken a very responsible approach in that I believe he takes money off the table at times and treats his investment as a risky speculative play - as we all should. Biotechs aren't blue-chips.

I don't share their views on efficacy and think ultimately Vasomax will be a failure as will any female products they produce. I don't believe that even when used in the tri-mix that phentolamine is an important ingredient and I certainly don't think that it can stand on its own no matter what kind of fast acting formulation you put it in.

However, that said, sometimes it is better to be wrong and have good timing (like Claud and Dauntless - though they think they are right still) than correct and have bad timing (like you and me with Vivus).

The market works in strange ways.

By the way - were you involved in the VVUS class action? I think it settled. I never joined myself. I figure I knew the risks when I took it and don't believe there was any negligence. I requested the information and read the complaint, but, didn't agree with the causes of action so didn't join.

Good luck,
Gary
