I wonder if KESE as a electric utility provider will have an advantage in offering ISP services to their existing utility customers? Still doing my DD on this......btw anyone know the float/shares OS? From the chart it appear KESE rarely traded over a few hundred thousand shares...we've traded over 3mm now CP
