No, I can say from experience the amount in your account is not the only criteria used to allocate shares. If, in fact, this was true, I would have received the 1000 shares I asked for. I did not. I received 500. It is my understanding trading activity is also an important factor. I do not day trade for the most part and therefore am not racking up the commissions for DLJ. FWIW
