Gary: I've seen no evidence that either Dauntless or Claud made money on ZONA. The first I hear of this is from you, and I don't know how reliable your information is. Maybe you just think they made money, because they were in the stock for a long time. As you point out, selling at the right time is the key. Dauntless said he profited some time ago, but if he was loaded with shares anticipating approval around this time, and he claimed he was anticipating approval, he has to have lost a lot of money. On paper, of course. I don't think that if you include the paper positions that either of them ended up profitable on ZONA. If you had the courtesy to speak to Dauntless privately about his shoddy behavior, maybe you should afford the same courtesy to others? Not that I'm inviting further communication from you; I'm not. You will be entitled to the money from the VVUS suit -- you'll receive forms to complete automatically. You need not have been involved in advance. If you feel it's a matter of principle not to take the money, give it to me. :) I can use it. Linda
