IANAL ... but what degree of "discovery" is required to get a Temporary Restraining Order? My recollection is that it merely requires a showing *to the judge* of possible permanent harm.

So they get a TRO, with the hearing as to whether it should be made permanent scheduled for July or August or September? <grin>

Any real lawyers out there?
