Do not hold your breath on the spin off shares. I have been waiting for ~ 1 year for my GNII spin-off shares. Now if the VTPI spin-off arrive in my account next week I will buy more IVOC in a heart beat. That shows these guys are for real and can conduct business as they state unlike GNII. Joe PTG&LI !!!
