Actually Ian, I am happy to see that TMSC is planning two new fabs, including a 300 mm one. Sleep tight, apart of few hickups, we are still in the early innings of the semi equip recovery. But I got to worry, and now that INTC is showing a little life, I worry a little less. You think that they will spring out for a new fab soon? Zeev
