Mike, ZITL, DNA, GKI fit exactly what you just described of CUST. Other similarities include: no product, no revenue, no customers, no marketing partners, but lotsa hype backed by one unknown security firm. ZITL, DNA, GKI subsequently lost more than 90%.

Apparently you only see what you want to see. Plenty of good and legitimate reasons have been presented here numerous times.
