As I read it these option vest over a period of 0 to 4 years based on the schedule of the more expensive options which they replace. I am not real pleased with this option schuffle but I've written it off as one of the unhappy realities of investing in an off-shore company; I don't think any publicly held US co could do something like this and not get trashed in the market, however I can imagine it heppening with foriegn stocks which don't necessarily value the shareholder the way we do here. Since management owns 52% of the stock; they basically have funded the majority of this giveaway; so be it. I basically endorse the Geeks outlook on the stock, with the added kicker that the stock while in an intermediate uptrend, has also been a good trading stock.
