Craig:

Saw TJ and Bell on PowerLunch today. Bell as President will be responsible for integration of the two companies. Not sure how that will pan out although I believe the two companies have a lot in common. Never know with this integration business. It is interesting to see the two guys sitting together answering questions as #1 and #2 of the new company. I did not get the impression that Bell wanted/was #2 at all. Notwithstanding the rumors flying around this past week about TJ leaving, I don't think this executive arrangement will last beyond Q1 next year. The fact that XCITE@HOME is being positioned as a Media Company with Broad Band Distribution makes it more likely for Bell to lead the company into the future. They are both good but Bell is probably more market savvy and this skillset is highly desirable with the Street, present and prospective strategic partners (pure speculations on my part)<g> It will be interesting to see how everything unfolds in the near-term. TJ hinted recently that Q2 report will be good so we can expect a re visit to the old high soon, market willing.
