Redeemed the debt, how 'bout that? The Budman bridge should provide Evans with some negative spin fodder. Imagine that WIB is the "existing shareholder". They just can't get enough of that ABTX stuff. Expect the equity deal to be common issued at a discount to the market. If it is WIB they shouldn't beat 'em up too badly on the terms (20% discount, max.)
