Hartman case will likely be thrown out; even if they could prove she didn't have the cocaine or alcohol in her body immediately before the shootings, it could be proven she was using them on an ongoing basis. These by themselves could lead to violence; moreover, prescription drugs are not meant to be mixed with alcohol or cocaine! Everybody knows this. (from the story) Tests conducted after Brynn Hartman's death showed she had Zoloft, alcohol and cocaine in her system at the time of the shootings.
