HWP It looks like another replay of Feb. for HWP. Additionally, it's very rare for a stock to test the 52-week high on the first attempt (like now) and make it. The internet stocks broke all the rules. Stocastic is still negative, OBV still dropping, RSI still dropping. HWP seems to be moving sideways and eventually will tag that lower BB. iqc.com
