Elliot, let me echo Jules' comments in his post 39 where he states that these are very serious allegations. I have read these same posts on Yahoo and Raging Bull and I am sure you have found some other free boards to carry your smear campaign. You start out with a few accurate facts taken from recent releases and earnings reports and then go into innuendo and distortion to promote your objective of smearing the company. Describing general comments as deceitful statements is bordering on hysteria. Most companies do not disclose sales volumes or transactions whether they be from the wholesale side of the business or from Internet hits. Most companies consider this kind of information proprietary. To describe their accounting as "cooked books" with "creative maneuvers" and "bookkeeping manipulation" is skating on thin ice and I hope you are prepared to back it up with more details than you posted so far. In your Red Flag post you claim several inappropriate and deceitful business transactions yet, again, it appears from an accounting view nothing has been flagged by any regulatory agency and I am sure that since the regulatory authorities lurk on every one of these sites and follow up on many of these "Tips" that if there were problems they would have been brought public by now. I would think that along with this extreme smear campaign it may be highly possible you have already gone to the SEC with these supposed improprieties and got blown off so you now come to Internet sites to promote your vindictiveness. Or maybe the SEC did investigate and PCCG got a clean bill of health. Care to comment on that possibility Elliot? In fact, what truly amazes me is that many of these supposed "indiscretions" happened back in previous years when there was a different CFO, a CFO who may have left PCCG on less than gracious terms, and could that ex-CFO be you Elliot? If so, I think that you should rethink your actions. Though your claim that the average PCCG stockholder only owns on average 10 shares may have been true in the past, it is not true now in the sense that are certainly investors with much larger positions than that and I happen to be one of those investors. The kind of claims you are making often result in litigation of some kind somewhere down the road. If that happens I think you have bought yourself a ticket to a deposition.
