I would think they are on top of their financial situation and found themselves comfortable..... perhaps they anticipacte a sale or sales of propeties or parts of the business not germain to their core business..... We will certainly get a clearer picture as the weeks progress and we see the extent of the consolidation effort.... If the infrastruture problems are approached aggressively and wisely, we indeed may be pleasantly surprised in FY 2000....
