JavaGuy:

My basement junk yard has some old 486 clones running linux and connected thru an ethernet (my house is ethernet enabled, that's one of the first thing I did when I purchased the house.) I made one 486 as a DNS server, the other one as my mail and back up file server. I have a 450MHZ PIII running in my bed room doing my web hosting. I am selling health food product on the internet. At the same time, I am monitoring the market through datek's streamer. I am daytrading about 20% of my asset, I put another 80% in my core holding in MSFT, SUNW, INTC, CSCO, AOL and DELL (I don't touch those unless my health food supplier called me to ask me to pay up the money I still owed them.) Of course, I still have a day time 4 days 10 hours per day, consulting job. Of course, my health food business is still in the very early stage of a startup. I have to do all the programming for the site, which takes another 40 hours per week out of my time. I am not making money at all at that business, but it's more of a hobby for me at this moment.

I love to talk to guys like you about programming, and talk to guys like Haim about wars & economy. I feel that you can never know enough about this world. I feel that talking to others is a part of a learning process to me.
