Had to do a search on Reuter News to find the article. Here it is. Thursday March 13 10:29 AM EST Projectavision says suit won't stop TV shipments NEW YORK, March 13 (Reuter) - Projectavision Inc ( pltv ) said Thursday that producion of the company's new Digital Home Theater is proceeding on schedule. The company stated there is no claim in a pending lawsuit that would prevent it from manufacturing, selling or shipping its Digital Home Theater televisions. Sorry Gerald, couldn't find anything with regards to Dolgoff comment or lack there of. Tomas
