Zeev, I suspect that the next fab INTC builds rather than expands or enhances will be 300mm. At least, they'll try to hold off as long as possible on another 200mm fab. When that might happen, I just don't know. I've seen no reliable source of capacity utilization by company. The best source for me tends to be the equipment company conference calls; and I suspect that's third hand info at best. Ian.
