OK, I have a question. A while ago, I disabled the panel on the start bar next to the start button that had icons for the IE programs.

Today, I found out that I can drag shortcuts down there (on my other computer) and thus eliminate the MS-Office side bar overhead on boot and operation.

My question is, how do I get that panel back? I have no memory as to how I deleted it, and I have found no obvious way to restore it (other than reinstalling IE -- which would probably cause other problems).
