Explanation on GOCA-- I was just slogging through all the email you all sent me tonight! And here is what I got from Mark G at GOCA (Advisor to the BOD and head of Investor Relations) I asked him to respond to the questions regarding how the sentate bill will affect GOCA..Here is the email! Matt, The following is a better version. GoCasino.com is a licensee of GOCA and therefore GOCA is not the operator of GoCasino.com, but rather processes transcations for the GoCasino.com though their E-commerce division. The GoCasino.com is housed offshore (not in our resort in the Dominican Republic but a different offshore jurisdiction) and is not governed by the laws of the U.S. The Kyl Bill (if it is ever passed) will punish U.S. online casino operators and GoCasino.com is not based in the U.S. Regards, Mark ---- Looks like our investment is very safe.
