Hi Bill: This is good news indeed; the cash level of the company has always been of concern to me. However, as usual, the devil is always in the details. I wonder what we are giving up to get this money. Is it one leg, one arm, both legs,or both arms. That remains to be seen. I hope that these details will be forthcoming in the next release by the company. Remember the convertible debenture debacle?????? I truly hope that those days are over. Once burned, twice shy. I think that this money will buy us a lot of time so that SVSY will not be desperate when negotiating for the partnership. $3 million is a lot money that will help with overhead as well as strengthening the balance sheet for obtaining contracts. Now, if we could only sustain this momentum with news of signed contracts. Happy Investing. Krukov
