Ed It's true, Hugh Downs will be joining the U of Arizona and will be involved with the "New Media". He was on Larry King Live tonight and confirmed as much.....too bad, he would have been a great asset to the Ampex team... Regards TW ps: my previous post between the exchange of Mark and Drew...the part I was really referring too that I liked was the part about Streaming Technology companies taking an "equity position with content providers"..Just reading between the lines for a possible major alliance with Ampex.
