Shawn, you figured the $1.50/share price valuing WWC, but what about all the millions of USAG shares out there (I think I read 12M) which dilute this $1.50 a share price down to whatever! I hope there are 300M WWC shares to minimize the dilution. Also, how did you get to the $12/share price for WWC? Tell me if I'm wrong, Jay
