BAM, one thing contradictory about these shorts is:

On one hand, they claim they are traders. On the other hand,
they claim they are shorting PCLN based on its fundamentals.

For all the traders I know so far, they trade stocks based on
momentum. I know one trader who even shorted CSCO a couple of
times. But this doesn't mean he thinks CSCO is fundamentally
ill and he also went long a couple of times. His rule of thumb
is to follow the tap.

To short PCLN based on the recent internet weakness is
understandable, but to short PCLN based on its "weak
fundamental" and then call themselves as traders is, IMHO,
self destructive. A real professional trader should short
PCLN last week, cover it on Wed morning, and go long to ride
the next uptrend.
