AJ.... do you have any insight and/or information which might explain with a modicum of logic the hideous financing "deal" which esentially thumbed its nose at shareholders.... [excuse me: at shareholders who paid more than $2 a share] a n d across the board resignations by the old guard... immediately install of new guard, to wit: mssrs liss and farmer et al? what was a possible scenario here? resignations made it easy for the old board to sell us out? how can we look to a newly installed board for shareholder value, or for any kinds of disclosure, when they arrived on the heels of a particularly inequitable deal, a deal that they masterminded, and that they had to know would only harm shareholders' value. have they even bothered to issue statements to the shareholders regarding these activities? of course not. yeahyeahyeah, it's the fraud pit, but aren't we entitled to even a shred of explanation?
