Iggy:

I predicted the re-creation of life forms years ago -- back in the late 1960s. Long before popular speculation or "Jurassic Park."

If you perceive my discussion as simplistic that is only because I am talking down to your level.

Yes, man in the future will be able (if he chooses) to re-create all species. Samples will be retrieved from preserved tissue, extrapolated fossils at the subcellular level,, and tissue samples perhaps acquired through the utilization of timeships.

I also now predict that recombinant DNA research, cloning, fossil-cell replication, test tube fertilization factories and terra-forming will be combined to enable Man to reform Venus and populate it with life-forms indigenous to Earth 70 to 80 million years ago. Venus would be renamed, "Jurrassic Planet".

An Ice Age world on Mars would compliment the former Venus nicely. The new planet, "Glacier World", could be populated with Woolly Mammoths, Sabre-toothed tigers and Neanderthals.

Mercury could be moved outward, its rotation changed and the planet cooled just a bit. Men of the Mind could then populate the surface with millions of Iggy clones and rename the planet, "Hell".
