Baline, robt. knows it is cc'ing. He's falling for the myth that
cc'ing is zero sum game.
But, he forgot to red the fine print on the study.
It assumes that in most cases you search for a premium and do buy/rite not a super solid stk first.
It assumes no follow up.
It assumes you don't buy back and then resale 4 days later.
it assumes that you don't do pp's or buy upstrike calls when they are cheap.
So, assumption after assumption are crazy. only idiots do that kind of cc'ing.
Of course everybody starts out an idiot in cc'ing.
I even tested it.
On 3000 shares of Nynex I did buy/rite...made 6% per yr plus the 5% dividend.
on the other 3000 hsares i did my stategy...made 30-40% per yr.
Nynex is not a real volitile stk when i did this. Its a good beginner stk to cc.
