Pixel Translations, which CRNR owns, has a lock on scanner drivers and related software, so they may well be a part of the Kodak system. I think margins are pretty tight on this part of the business, but what do I know.

Cornerstone's InputAccel line is primarily a paper document imaging product (as opposed to a photo imaging product) so it's probably not useful for what Kodak is doing. Unlike scanner drivers, InputAccel is a high price / high margin business, and I think the future of the company.

The nice thing about CRNR is that they are in bed with a lot of information companies (i.e. Oracle), and any one of these relationships could become very big very fast.

Just my 2 cents.
