In another conversation elsewhere, I've been trying to make a point about G's & K's as superior....My co-conversationalists are stuck looking for BIGX-Baggers in all sorts of places, mostly finding them just after the door slams shut. Pity.
Meanwhile, right under everybody's nose, INTC, MSFT and CSCO...to name just three...have tripled twice during the last four years. I think at least two of those may do exactly the same during the next four.
As to the BIGX-Baggers...they're here too, in the W&W list. The faster growth is a matter of scale, which, for an investor, is sometimes paid back on the downside at a faster rate as well.
That's why, in my plan, I will pick a target number, and sell when I reach it, knowing a pullback is going to be my buying opportunity, and I'll have powder to participate. Works for me! |
