Barry, Lately, BLO seems to trade very much in this pattern of run up, pull back, run up. pull back, but so far it seems to keep part of the ground that it takes on the way up. What I suspect is that there are people on the sidelines (such as the millions of lurckers on this thread :) )who have been waiting for it to start moving before they jump in and trip over themselves a bit thinking it has finally taken off. well it is taking off, just smoothly that's all. Things are only begining so there doesn't seem to be much sense in spooking people with a premature fastbreaking (i.e 50%) runup and resulting fallback.
