Ditch.... I suggest you research those questions before posting what could be construed as aspersions. I need to go over some of the particulars of the debenture and registration agreements as presented in the 10-kwith my attorneys again. In light of this review, I also have to better understand what these numbers mean and fully understand the restrictions on conversion shares, the Reg D exceptions, company warranties and provisions therewith contained I do not except any review presented on this board even those who thought they knew and were favorable to the company. In light of what I perceive to be your possible misrepresentations in regards to particulars of this agreement to undermine investor confidence, I will no longer have either any public or private messages with you.
