Zeev....
You state "Source of selling" and not so subtly try to infer that pp holders are dumping their restricted shares....
Not even going to get in a discussion with you on the particulars of the pp especially after your incredulous comments yesterday morning. ..
But regarding the "selling" and "huge" volume, I crunched some numbers
2,000,000 share trading at $0.30 is the same as 3,000,000 shares trading at $0.20 is the same as 1,500,000 shares trading at $0.40
The volume wasn't any higher than normal. Nor was any selling.
The cost value of this "trading" would equal only $600,000 if all of these were actual "trades".
On the OTC boards many transactions are double counted any where from 25 to 50 %
Consequently, real volume may only have been 1,500,000 to 2,250,000 shares or $450,000 based on a share price of $0.20.
The price went up. Stocks are not traded on the otc. The otc is a quoting board. Most buys are executed at or near the ask. Most sells are executed at the bid. Consequently there were more buys than sells because the quote went up.
Even splitting the full $600,000 above at 50%, all the "selling" was less than $300,000
Spliting the $450,000 at 40% sells was less than $180,000
Look at the dollar amounts ....NOT the volume...
$180,000 like it or not to qualified investors ain't a whole lot of money.
$180,000 or even $300,000 in selling can easily be accounted for by the sells of small investors and even by the long time participants on this and the Raging Bull thread.
Sincerely,
