Hi Lorinda, Welcome! From what I can tell, the "accquiring" company, Pac-Rim Consulting (OTCBB:PCRG), was only a shell corporation. Telemonde basicaly merged with a shell to accelerate their entry into being publicly traded. Info is scarce still, but there are a lotta indications that there is some big biz here. Time will tell. Please share anything you dig up and post it here. BHunt
