VelvetX. If the MM's are short like the letter says on DMEC I would bet that they drop the price and get it back to the .10 level or so and then they cover before they let the price go up. THe letter mentions GRPV and they did the same thing with that. The stock was going up and got to .30 and they were in trouble. However the stock saw .10 again and traded a ton of shares down there right before it took off. It dropped on low volume and people got scared and sold. The same thing could happen to DMEC. I think there will be a good buying opportunity in the low teens or maybe even around .10 before it takes off to higher levels. MM's rarely get burnt without playing with the stock price to help them cover their loses.
If it does I'll be looking to buy some at the low level.
