Don't you think this statement is rather shallow? The question to ask Mark/GOCA is do they have bettors who reside in the US, using US communications facilities to engage in gambling? Does GOCA use US communication facilities in any way in the gambling aspect of their business? If so what percentage of their business is from such betting ? It is pretty obvious from the provisions of The Internet Gambling Prohibition Act that such activity will be illegal.
