- in the cigarette & soda wars, they make the vendor give exclusive space to Marlboro's or Coke - so as much as anyone thinks its anti-competitive for MSFT to reward IBM for selling & promoting Windows, it's not illegal - in fact, IBM's so called threat amounts to being forced to get less of a discount than others - I mean, is this promoting MSFT's products? Yes - is it illegal? of course not
