He wanted to let everyone know that eConnect is make substantial progress while he has been in NY. . eConnect (Tom and Jim) had a positive meeting with Brian Haggerty of Internet Gaming Prospective (IGP) (http://www.IGP.NU). IGP should have a report about eConnect out in about two weeks. . eConnect is in discussions with the owner of a well regarded internet casino regarding a possible acquisition of the company. The owner of this company contacted eConnect regarding the possible acquisition. This internet casino has proprietary software that allows customers to play without first downloading the software to their computer. The software will come with the acquired company, if a deal is made, and eConnect will be able to license the software to other internet casinos. This internet company is well regarded in the gaming community due to such things as paying on time. . eConnect is finalizing two press releases. One press release is regarding Pocket Pay's strategic alliance with a wireless start up company. The other press release with be about VIPsports.com alliance with eConnect. . The 10K is being reviewed for imminent SEC submission. . Real progress with investment bankers to capitalize eConnect over the next 30 days. .
