1 answer) Yes. 40 cents per share plus 2 Free trading warrants at 40 cents each
that can
be exercised from May 1999 to 12/31/2000. Formal 504D coming out
at 75cents
for one common of 144 Restricted plus 1 warrant. Your guys need
to let me
know by Friday January 29 if they want in at 40 cents. Minimal
purchase is $2,500
