I hope not. NATO would be setting a bad precedent by pouring too much money into reconstruction. I'd like to see some assistance with basics, like electricity and water, but that's about it. And, only after Serbia follows a path to peace and democracy.

I'd hate to see NATO countries pouring money into Yugoslavia's infrastructure while Serbia, instead, is using it's meager resources to rebuild it's military.
