Monte. I am thinking of pounding the SEC with regard to their lack of movement in shutting down Black Sea and or KT.

I know the SEC just completed a major crackdown case two months ago, but their enforcemnt division has allowed the defendants in the RICO case roam unbridled, and without surveilalnce.

I am extremely irritated and am currently considering an complanit to the SEC and a posssible civil class action suit against the SEC for failure to protect the 30 some compaqnies from continued criminal activities from the currently accused defendants.

any thoughts. I feel the SEC enforcemnt division has failed miserably here!!
