I thought I'd offer the following. . .

The company just opened up its 35th country (Chile, South America). . . and when they do that (2 or 3 last year), there is a HUGE spurt in revenue for the first 6 months or so. Herbalife broke the billion dollar mark in sales for the first time ever in 1996, and there are strong indications (from within the company) that they will easily double that figure in 1997. As far as the recent drop. . . didn't it have something to do with Mark Hughes' debt offering on a large portion of stock which he himself owns? He recently withdrew it, by the way. Also, some of the recent runup can be attributed to the ongoing stock buy back that was announced and initiated middle of last year (I think).
