I have moen in my house, The facet in the kitchen keeps breaking, I wouldn't buy from them again. You have to watch out now, what looks like brass is in fact plastic coated chrome. The Labor to install them will be the same for all of them, I was the builder on my house the guys make too much for too little in my book. I also did the finish work, from trim, install cabinets to plumbing, installing facets is easy, heck putting in toilets is easy too. I wouldn't worry about the builder warrantee, what is, two years, both of the facets will not break before then. Greg
