tim, it is human nature to be disappointed when things do not work out exactly as you plan... there is probably not one of us here (including you??) who, if being totally honest, would not say we wish we had received more up front for the osi/inf and skyt/wcom deals... we will just have to be patient a bit longer, there...

my thought is that it is our humanity is what causes us to feel disappointment, and it is that same humanity which allows us to feel the need to give back... two sides of the same coin... impossible to separate one from the other...

i am sure that most if not all on this thread already give to others, this is just one more way to do so, and say thanks to you at the same time, for all that you do for us!! this thread is populated by extremely wonderful and generous individuals who i am sure feel the way you and i do about sharing what they have with others...

time to get our final camp preparations in gear... my kids are leaving tomorrow for two weeks... so i will talk to you all tomorrow night, and leave you again with this parting thought...

have a great weekend...

kathy :)

Any gift, no matter how much, will benefit those in need. While donor names and amounts will be known only to the Red Cross, it will be possible to track the totals in this fund, to see the difference being made in the lives of those less fortunate. It is my hope that we can create not only a tangible remembrance of just how much Tim's generosity has touched others, but an opportunity for all on SI to give back what has been given to us…

Follow this link to make a donation. From the “donate now” page, click on the “donate online” link. While the donate online page does not mention Tim, the Red Cross has set up this special link so that all donations made from the SI link through the “donate online” link will be credited to the Tim Luke fund, in honor of Tim.
