Paunch, <<correction on the Chairman's message>> I really don't think there is anything to correct. Maxam was working to do a stepwise resource determination for conventional funding. That's the history that Dale was reporting. While that work was underway, they totally independently secured the 30MM JV commitment from a overseas source. The JV consists of sales to the funding source at a minimal discount. Maxam will still make lots of money for itself even with the JV discount. I don't know who is the JV, but the commitment was made solely based on Hewletts reports and previous resource determinations. Much of the Southwest copper reserves were determined by Hewlett, he's a very respected and accomplished consultant for resource determinations.
